To start the new year, we added a brand new sign to the entrance door of Spalding Hall to direct all of our visitors from the street! One of many new upgrades to the museum we have planned for 2024!
The museum is filled with bottles dating back to Prohibition from a variety of brands. There is no other collection like this, come in and learn about bourbon history!
This years auction was a great success! we want to thank all of the distilleries order who donated and help make this years auction the best one we’ve had yet. Each year we raise money to help support to growth of the museum.
Tour privately owned decorated homes (both old and new) in Bardstown and surrounding area. Refreshments served at Spalding Hall, Oscar Getz Museum. $18 tickets available at the Welcome Center.

We are located in the heart of Bardstown on 114 North Fifth Street and Xavier Drive with easy access off the Bluegrass Parkway and Highway 31E and 62. We are handicapped accessible, with elevator access available.
